Develop creativity, self-confidence, and leadership skills in the Counselor Apprentice program! Counselor Apprentices (CAs) spend the first few days of the session learning how to work with younger campers.

After observing participants in a variety of camp activities, the Program Director, with input from each Counselor Apprentice (CA) will determine the most suitable placement. Throughout the program, CAs spend part of each day developing their skills and gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of our seasoned Head Counselors. In addition, they engage in a comprehensive leadership curriculum that spans Orientation & Foundation, Leadership & Self-Awareness, and Application & Leadership, blending professional skill-building, service-learning experiences, and team-based activities. At the end of the session, each CA meets individually with the Program Director for a personalized evaluation. 

Admission to the program requires a brief informal interview, scheduled for February 2026.
