Discover!Innovation Lab Juniors introduces young makers to the captivating world of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEAM) by integrating design thinking and hands-on problem-solving into playful exploration, daily challenges, and guided projects throughout the week.Each week, campers engage in a creative array of projects using various materials and tools, such as cardboard, 3-D pens, LED diodes, tape, glue, and age-appropriate tools. Projects can range from constructing a bridge capable of bearing the greatest load to designing boats using unconventional materials, creating a cardboard city, and coding robots using only colors. Each project introduces foundational STEAM concepts while emphasizing imagination and discovery.
