Enrollment and Policies
All Summer@Potomac registrations are completed online!
Registration fees and camp deposit are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable at all times.
Once a program fills, a waitlist for that camp will automatically open through the online registration system.
Withdrawal requests should be made directly to the camp office via email.
Families may request a transfer from one camp to another or to a different week, space permitting, by contacting the camp office.
Fees are assessed for pickups occurring after the scheduled time.

Having transportation is great. Also, Potomac is such a beautiful campus, and there are MANY different camp options. The counselors are super friendly – which I should note is MOST important!
