Enrollment and Policies
Registration fees and camp deposit are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable at all times. The remaining balance is due on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Summer@Potomac will use the credit card on file, used for initial payment, to charge the balance on the account. If a family would like to change and/or add an alternate form of payment, please contact the summer office by Wednesday, April 1, 2026. For registrations received on or after Wednesday, April 22, 2026 full payment is due at the time of enrollment.

All Summer@Potomac registrations are completed online!
Registration fees and camp deposit are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable at all times.
Once a program fills, a waitlist for that camp will automatically open through the online registration system.
Withdrawal requests should be made directly to the camp office via email.
Families may request a transfer from one camp to another or to a different week, space permitting, by contacting the camp office.
Fees are assessed for pickups occurring after the scheduled time.
