Bus Late Pick Up 

If an authorized adult is not present at the bus stop at pick-up time, the camper will be brought back to campus and enrolled in Potomac Plus PM, our extended hours program, for that day. A daily drop-in fee of $20.00 will be charged to each camper's account.

Carpool and Walk/Bike Late Pick Up

Dismissal ends promptly at 3:00 pm. Campers who are not picked up by that time will be checked into Potomac Plus PM, our extended hours program, for the day. A daily drop-in fee of $20.00 will be charged to each camper's account

Potomac Plus PM Late Pick up 

Potomac Plus PM runs until 5:00 pm. Caregivers arriving after 5:00 pm will be charged $10.00 for the first 10 minutes and $1.00 for each minute. Charges will be processed immediately using the credit card on file. The Potomac Plus PM staff are responsible for determining the time of the late pick up.

If a student is not picked up by 5:00 pm, we call the parents of that student. In the event that the student’s parent(s) cannot be reached within 15 minutes, we call the emergency contacts named on the student’s emergency contact information form. If neither the parents nor the emergency contacts can be reached within one hour, Summer@Potomac staff will notify Child Protective Services.

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment when that student is consistently picked up late.
