Families may request a transfer from one camp to another or to a different week, space permitting, by contacting the camp office. All transfers requests should be made in writing, via email. We are unable to take transfer requests over the phone. The last day to request a transfer is 12:00 pm on Friday 10 days before camp begins. Transfers may not occur after camp has started.Any transfer requests received on or after Wednesday, April 22, 2026 will incur a $25 administrative fee. There is no administrative fee for camp transfers prior to Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

Any fees paid towards the original program, will be transferred to the new program; any remaining balance from the original program will not be refunded after Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Balances must be paid in full at the time of transfer.
