Enrollment and Policies
Once a program fills, a waitlist for that camp will automatically open through the online registration system. When adding. your camper to the waitlist, please complete all requested information. Registration and camp deposit will only be assessed when a camper is enrolled in the waitlisted camp. Summer@Potomac will directly contact families if a space becomes available. Families should respond within 24 hours to confirm their spot. Otherwise the space will be offered to the next camper on the waitlist.
All Summer@Potomac registrations are completed online!
Registration fees and camp deposit are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable at all times.

Withdrawal requests should be made directly to the camp office via email.
Families may request a transfer from one camp to another or to a different week, space permitting, by contacting the camp office.
Fees are assessed for pickups occurring after the scheduled time.
